Returns & Exchanges

At Graywolf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made returns and exchanges easy.

Returns: If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply follow the same process as returns. We’ll ensure you get the right product to fit your needs. Please note, exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Return or Exchange:

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
